During World Mental Health Month, hundreds of us gather for one guided hour of gentle yoga and mindfulness. There's nothing like rolling out your mat in the middle of the ground, the empty stands rising around you. No experience needed, just come as you are.
Every registration gives back. All proceeds support Read the Play and Active Geelong — funding youth mental health, movement and wellbeing across Geelong.
Early-bird pricing is open now — save 20% on every ticket before it closes on 31 August.
Booking for 5 or more? Group rate $38 per person — see Bring your team.
Every registration in the early-bird phase is automatically entered in the draw to win one of three prizes — no extra step, just register before 31 August. Group bookings count too — every person in your group is entered.
Book a block of spots for your workplace or club and share a feel-good start to the day — good for your people, good for the cause.

Bring the kids along and make it a family morning. While you roll out your mat, the little ones get their own hour at the Geelong Venom Kids Hub — a free, supervised basketball clinic run by two elite Geelong Venom players. You move for your mind; they run, shoot and have a ball.
Bringing the kids? Let us know when you register.
We'll email you all the details, including exactly where to go on the day.
Proudly run by our partner, the Geelong Venom.
Serenity in the Stadium is run by Read the Play, with proceeds shared between Read the Play and Active Geelong — two local organisations working to keep our community mentally and physically well.

Building mentally strong sporting communities — using young people's passion for sport and their bond with local clubs to share crucial mental health information and guide them on how to get help.

Inspiring the Geelong region to move — working with workplaces, health professionals and the wider community to create accessible, enjoyable ways for everyone to be more active.
Can't make it, or just want to do something good? Donate $20 and claim a virtual mat — a spot on the turf in your name. It's a small, feel-good way to back mental health and movement in Geelong, with every dollar going to Read the Play and Active Geelong. All donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
A soft, wearable club tee with a quiet nod to the day — "Move your body, calm your mind." Made to wear well beyond the field.
Add it when you register — or grab one on the day. No separate checkout.

A two-time Liz Ellis Diamond winner turned media presenter, Madi knows what it takes to perform — physically, mentally and professionally. Now a mother, partner and Torquay local, she brings a grounded, relatable voice to mental health and movement.
“Looking after your mind is the real performance. This is one hour that reminds us we're all in it together.”

Sunday 11 October 2026 at GMHBA Stadium, Moorabool Street, Geelong. Arrive from 8 AM to settle in — the guided session runs for about an hour.
The session is for ages 12 and over, and for everyone's experience no children under 12 can be on the oval — including babies and toddlers. It's a mindfulness morning, so we're keeping the space calm and settled for all.
Not at all — this event is open to all abilities. Our instructor Sally is wonderful with first-timers and seasoned yogis alike.
A yoga mat, a towel and a bottle of water. That's all you need.
Comfortable athletic clothing you can move and stretch in — no need to dress to impress. No shoes or socks are required for the session. Bring layers, too: strip down as you warm up and layer back on as you cool down.
Serenity in the Stadium runs rain or shine — the morning goes ahead in light weather. If conditions are unsafe, we'll be in touch by email with the plan.
Yes — further details will be confirmed in the coming months.
